How do I reset my password?

Using a mobile phone or a desktop computer:

  1. Go to hypur.com.
  2. Click on Forgot password? under the Password text field.
  3. Enter your email address and click the Send
  4. Check your email inbox for a reset link.

How do I change my password?

If you are using a mobile phone:

  1. Click on the ellipsis to open the navigation menu and click on Settings.
  2. Click on Profile.
  3. Enter your current password in the Current Password text field.
  4. Enter your new password in the New Password text field.
  5. Click the Save Changes
  6. A success confirmation will be displayed.

If you are using a desktop computer:

  1. Click on your name to open a dropdown menu.
  2. Click View Profile.
  3. Enter your current password din the Current Password text field.
  4. Enter your new password in the New Password text field.
  5. Click the Save Changes

A success confirmation will be displayed.

Why hasn’t my payment been processed?

Payments take an average of three days to be processed depending on your bank or credit union.

How do I reset my PAC?

If you forgot your PAC, please call our Customer Success Team at (480) 500-1974 to reset it.

How do I change my PAC?

If you are using a mobile phone:

  1. Click on the ellipsis to open the navigation menu and click on Settings.
  2. Click on Profile.
  3. Enter your current PAC in the Current PAC text field.
  4. Enter your new PAC in the New PAC text field.
  5. Click the Save Changes
  6. A success confirmation will be displayed.

Why won’t my profile let me in? Why is my profile locked?

Your Hypur Profile was likely locked for security reasons. Please call our Customer Success Team at (480) 500-1974 for help unlocking your profile.   If your PAC was entered incorrectly too many times at checkout, check your inbox for an email with instructions on how to unlock your profile.

Why do you ask for my social security number?

We ask for your social security number during the signup process to ensure you are the account holder of that checking account and to protect your identity and payment information. We use bank-level security and data encryption technologies to make sure you and your personal data are securely protected and to prevent transactions that aren’t made by you.

I don’t see my bank or credit union listed, how do I finish signing up?

If you don’t see your bank or credit union listed on the Link a checking account page in the signup process, please call our Customer Success Team at (480) 500-1974.

I changed my phone number. How do I get my MFA code?

To update the phone number associated with your Hypur Profile, please call our Customer Success Team at (480) 500-1974.
